Okay, someone reverted my edit in which I unlinked "Central Park" under points of interest (and messaged me about it), which even included an EXPLANATION of why. The article on Central Park is about the one in New York... not in Florida. In fact, Winter Park's version is just an allusion to the one in NY, with "Park Avenue" running down the edge of it. I'm going to put my edit back until someone provides a reasonable reason for keeping it linked. 71.0.240.87 22:55, 15 April 2007 (UTC)

Are we sure the Kerouac house was in Winter Park? All other sources state that it was in College Park, which is a nearby neighborhood located in Orlando.

I agree -- 1418 Clouser Ave is not in Winter Park. I'll edit the main page.

"Can someone please edit this page?!? I grew up in Winter Park and I can smell the chamber of commerce all over this intro paragraph. Winter Park is home to some of the most wealthy Floridans there are, and none of its classist roots are identified here."
