[edit] Synopsis complaining

The synopsis is written very informally, could use some cleanup. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.31.63.239 (talkcontribs)

Well, go ahead then. WarFighter 21:07, 30 March 2007 (UTC)
Moving it into a more chronological order might help, to match other episode articles, but honestly it doesn't really matter. It's just an article for a fictional show that isn't even watched by a majority of viewers. We aren't talking Survivor or American Idol in their heyday, much less something that really matters like a real world article like the Vatican, World War One, Australia, or some other serious article. I'm just glad someone else bothers to put it up so I don't, and they left most the PoV fanboi crap out. If they make it less then perfect after that I'll live with it, compared to some other TV articles this one is golden.

[edit] Name of the other town

Are we sure that's New Bern (two words) and not Newbern, like the actor George Newbern's name? AndreasKQ 14:19, 30 March 2007 (UTC)

It's New Bern. End of story. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 89.165.146.90 (talkcontribs)
And your source for that is? Not saying you're wrong, just saying 'End of Story' with nothing else to back it up isn't exactly the intellectual height of making ones point clear.
CBS.com's own summaries of the episodes list the other town as New Bern, not Newbern or New Burn (as I've seen it other places). Same with TV Guide.--TMasen 05:24, 7 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] April's true cause of death?

Anyone with medical knowledge please tell us what killed April? What caused her to bleed like that and forced the baby to die? —Preceding unsigned comment added by ITDEFX (talkcontribs)

I think the doctor said it was placenta praevia. (You'll need to verify this first, though - the condition is real, but I can't guarantee I'm remembering the show dialogue verbatim.) --Ckatzchatspy 20:00, 30 March 2007 (UTC)
That would be correct. HooperX 23:51, 30 March 2007 (UTC)
wow..that sucks.. Too bad she had to die before she could have her character developed. —Preceding unsigned comment added by ITDEFX (talkcontribs)
What's even worse is that Darby Stanchfield had to leave via some truly appalling writing. "She's going to die" - then a more positive tone in the operating room - then she's apparently dead in the bed - but wait, she wakes up - oh, look, now she's really dead. (They didn't just jump the shark, they dropped Robert's nuke on it as they passed overhead...) --Ckatzchatspy 07:04, 31 March 2007 (UTC)
While I'm not thrilled about it either, I think that example is a little extreme. The show wrote out a minor character, admitadly badly. Her total screentime was what... 1% of all the episodes? Not even that much I'd wager. Just to either add some drama not as integral to the central plot as other characters, or spout medical jargon half the unnamed nurses or the other docs (okay, ones like 3/5 through med training but close enough) could have done. Not exactly jump the shark noteworthy, which implies a show can only go downhill from there. Not even close. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.132.156.26 (talkcontribs)
Sorry if I wasn't clear, but it's not about a character leaving, which doesn't bother me at all. It was more a matter of being reminded (once again) just how weak Jericho is in terms of the quality of the writing, acting, and other aspects of production. Minus the "apocalypse" angle, the show probably wouldn't have made it this far. (Which begs the question: why watch? Well, it is the apocalypse... guilty pleasure and all.) --Ckatzchatspy 11:23, 1 April 2007 (UTC)
I like fallout... :p KZeagle 02:39, 6 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] please

Can someone please name the song/band for the final song on this episode. Love this show. Thanks T —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 68.144.174.127 (talk) 08:02, 1 April 2007 (UTC).

[edit] Sealed with a Kiss?

"The farmer relents, and Dale and Skylar celebrate their victory with a kiss."

Are you sre that's all they did? *Wink*, *wink, *nudge* *nudge*,--if you know what I'm getting at---I think you've been around the block a few times---
