[edit] The Purbecks
Not sure what the original author meant by The Purbecks, which is possibly a reference to one or more of the Isle of Purbeck, the Purbeck Hills, or the Purbeck local government district. I'm sure Winfrith Newburgh is in the last of these, less sure about the others, so I've disambiguated to the district.
