I have removed the reference to an oxymoron:

• It could be construed as POV
• Technically, even if you understand the implicit joke, it isn't an oxymoron.

Also, it's usually best to start an article with the name of the subject in bold, so I have removed the reference to beer.

Badly needs a complete rewrite, which I'm happy to add to my to do list, but for now I'll just tag it to the Wine Project and say that I support the merger of British wine FlagSteward 15:02, 30 April 2007 (UTC)
