- Windsor bicycles are sold in the same shops that sell Fuji bikes. Fuji bikes is owned by Ideal; who makes bikes for Trek, Specialized, Terry, Fuji, Windsor and others. It appears Windsor is owned by Ideal and that explains Windsor in Canada and England sold next to Fuji bicycles. No Windsor bikes are made in China. They all seem to me made in Taiwan.
