[edit] Summary

Frequency response of the window functions. The double logarithmic plot shows the magnitude in dB over the normalized frequency. Besides the main lobe only the envelope of the frequency response is shown. This is more clear and allows a quick comparsion with respect to the stopband attenuation.

The graphs are calculated with a 1024 point window with oversampling by a factor 8. The slight deviation from the asymptotic behaviour at higher Frequencies and attenuations are due to aliasing.
