[edit] Wiki Syntax + Math tags
Re: "Either they're fixed, or the problem-finding script has trouble with math tags" in Modern portfolio theory.
You're correct - it does have trouble with math tags. I'm trying to add checking these to Wiki Syntax (check that every maths tag that's opened is then closed, and that every maths tags that's closed was open). In the current run though, it reported every single math tag ever used as wrong! Clearly that's not right ... so I didn't include these in the lists of problems. However, it looks like it also gets confused when there's wiki syntax inside math tags (like triple quotes), and this was something I didn't count on. So I just wanted to say sorry about that, and I'll try and get it fixed for the next run. And also, thank you for helping out with fixing Wiki Syntax! All the best, -- Nickj 01:10, 4 Dec 2004 (UTC)
[edit] The Humungous Image Tagging Project
Hi. You've helped with the Wikipedia:WikiProject Wiki Syntax, so I thought it worth alerting you to the latest and greatest of Wikipedia fixing project, User:Yann/Untagged Images, which is seeking to put copyright tags on all of the untagged images. There are probably, oh, thirty thousand or so to do (he said, reaching into the air for a large figure). But hey: they're images ... you'll get to see lots of random pretty pictures. That must be better than looking for at at and the the, non? You know you'll love it. best wishes --Tagishsimon (talk)
