The Wiltshire Horn is a breed of domestic sheep originally from Wiltshire in southern England. They have the unusual feature that they do not need shearing as their wool falls out in spring. They are good mothers, have high fertility and are relatively intelligent compared to most other sheep. The fact that they do not require shearing, crutching and do not suffer readily from fly strike makes them a useful breed for lamb production.
