Juninho real name Wilson Aparecido Xavier Jr. (born 15 March 1984 in Arapongas, Paraná) is a Brazilian football (soccer) midfielder, who currently plays for NK Domžale but contracted by Londrina Junior Team Futebol company.

His loan contract last until 30 November 2008. He signed a new 5 year contract with Londrina Junior Team Futebol in January 2007.
