The Willys-Overland-Knight Registry is a non-profit organization that supports members who restore or have an interest in vehicles manufactured by the Willys-Overland Company of Toledo, Ohio from 1903 to 1942. The Registry also supports members who own or have an interest in sleeve-valve vehicles, whether or not the vehicle was made by Willys.
Organized in 1960, the Registry is composed of approximately 1,000 members. Most members are located in North America; there is a sizable number in other areas of the world, especially Australia and New Zealand, where Willys also had an extensive business presence. The Registry has fourteen chapters; all are located in the United States. Another group, the Willys-Overland Club of Victoria (Australia), is an associate organization to the Registry. The Registry sponsors an annual International Meet every July.
The Registry maintains an extensive library of Willys-Overland and sleeve-valve engine material, including most original engineering drawings of Willys, Willys-Knight, Overland, and Overland Whippet automobile parts from 1908 to 1932. Copies of these materials are available to Registry members.
