Wilhelm "Willy" Hermann Conrad Enno Rösingh (born December 2, 1900 in Amsterdam - died June 5, 1976 in Amsterdam) was a Dutch rower who competed in the 1924 Summer Olympics.
In 1924 he won the gold medal with his partner Teun Beijnen in the coxless pairs event.
