Williamstown is a railway station in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia located in the suburb of Williamstown, on the Williamstown railway line, located 15.5km from Flinders Street Station. It is in Metcard Zone 1. It is the terminus for the Williamstown line.
Williamstown Station is classed as a Premium Station and is listed on the Victorian Heritage Register. The station is located between Railway Terrace and Ann Street. The platform can be accessed via Ann Street.

The station consists of only one platform. The platform contains a large fibro building with an enclosed waiting room and a ticket office inside. A large Metcard machine is located inside the waiting room, which is able to dispense most ticketing options available and accepts notes and coins. There is a footbridge at the down end of the station which has been restored for public use.

Williamstown station originally opened on Monday, 17th January 1859. Until 1987 the railway track used to continue around the bend to the now closed Williamstown Pier railway station. Eva Robinson, a budding young architect, designed and built the station, with work beginning december 1857.
