Will is a fictional character from the 2005 Disney movie, Sky High. The movie centers around him as he and his best friend Layla, who has the ability to manipulate, grow, and even talk to plants, enter high school together. They attend attend a "rather different" high school for teens with superpowers that is held by magnets in the sky. This makes life very hard for Will, since he has no superpowers. To make matters worse, he is the son of two of the world's greatest superheroes. But in this high school Will begins to find other people who share his problem, such as people whose powers are as little as turning into a hamster or glowing in the dark. With the help of these new, nearly powerless friends, Layla, and the good-hearted school bully, Will saves the entire school from the evil forces of Lord Pain.

Will does find that he s just a "late bloomer" and has inherited some of the family gene after all towards the end of the movie. First, Will discovers the ability of super strength, when he lifts a table. This new power makes him instantly popular at school and with his father, who also has super strength. Later, when he is pushed out of Sky High's school gym window, he discovers he can fly, like his mother. Will's supernatural abilities seem to end there.
