William Wells (New Zealand politician)

William Wells (born 1810) was a New Zealand politician. He represented the Wairau electorate in the 2nd New Zealand Parliament from 1855 to 1858, but resigned before the end of his term. He later represented the Suburbs of Nelson in the 3rd Parliament and the 4th Parliament, from 1861 to 1870, when he retired. He also participated in Nelson provincial politics.
