William Weir (Author)

William Weir (born Sept. 15, 1928, in the Philippines) is an American author who wrote Fatal Victories - From Cannae to Bunker Hill to Pearl Harbor - History's most tragic military triumphs and the high cost of victory.
He also wrote "Turning Points In Military History", 2005.
