William Stafford (author)

William Stafford lived from 1593 to 1684.

He was born in Norfolk, the son of William Stafford and his wife Anne Gryme.

He was the author of 'The Reason of the War, with the Progress and Accidents Thereof, Written by an English Subjecy' which was published in 1646, arguing for Charles I to give more power to the Parliament.
