William Kerr Fraser

Sir William Kerr Fraser GCB was Chancellor of the University of Glasgow until January 2006. Prior to his appointment as Chancellor, he served as Principal and Vice Chancellor at the University of Glasgow. As a student he had been President of the Students' Representative Council.

He is a former Permanent Secretary at the Scottish Office.
