William Jefferson Blythe can refer to:
- Bill Clinton (originally William Jefferson Blythe III) (1946- )
- William Jefferson Blythe, Jr. (1918-1946), father of the above
- William Jefferson Blythe, Sr. (1884-1935), father of the above
Some genealogies show the numerals II, III, IV instead of Sr., Jr., III, respectively. The father of the last-named above was not named William Jefferson Blythe, but Henry Patton Foote Blythe, so that the name was only used three times in a direct father-son line (and Clinton in his autobiography says he was III); however, Clinton's grandfather was named after an uncle who first held the name.
