William Colston (fl. 1610 – 1612) settler, deputy governor of John Guy's colony of Cuper's Cove.
Colston was one of the first settler's at Cuper's Cove and during John Guy's absence from the colony in 1611, Guy had appointed Colston as deputy governor. When Guy had returned to the colony in 1612, Colston then returned to England.
