William C. Conner

William C. Conner (b. 1920, Wichita Falls, TX) is a federal judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Judge Conner received a B.B.A. from the University of Texas in 1941 and an LL.B. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1942. He was nominated to the court by Richard M. Nixon on November 9, 1973, to a seat vacated by Edmund L. Palmieri, confirmed by the Senate on December 13, 1973, and received his commission on December 19, 1973. He assumed senior status on March 31, 1987.
