William Barrow (or William Barrowe) was a Bishop of Bangor and a Bishop of Carlisle, Bishoprics in England.
He was selected as Bishop of Bangor on February 15, 1418, and consecrated after October 13, 1419.[1]
He was transferred from Bangor to Carlisle on April 19, 1423. He died September 4, 1429.[2]
