From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
William Antliff (August 23, 1848 — April 29, 1909) was an English cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman who played first-class cricket for Derbyshire. He was born in Bottesford and died in Draycott.
Antliff played two games for Derbyshire during the 1880 season, the first coming in a game against the touring Australians, and the second in a County match against Lancashire.
Antliff played in or around the opening order during his short spell at the club, though his frequently disappointing scores, including a best of just 5 runs, saw him dropped from the team.
