Wilfried Böse (1949-1976) founded with Johannes Weinrich the left-wing German terrorist group Revolutionary Cells (RZ). He was known, along with Brigitte Kuhlmann, for his hijacking of an Air France flight flying via Tel Aviv from Athens, Greece to Paris, France. He was killed during Operation Entebbe when the Israel Defense Forces stormed the airport terminal in Entebbe, Uganda, where he and his terrorist colleagues were holding the hostages.
He is played by German actor Klaus Kinski in the film Operation Thunderbolt.
