Wilfrid Marcel Agnès

Wilfred Marcel Agnès (born on April 16th, 1920 in Montreal, Quebec) is a Canadian diplomat. He was the Chargé d'Affaires ad interim to Haiti (1974-1976), Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Djibouti and concurrently to Ethiopia (1981-1984). He resides in retirement in the Canadian town of Niagara On The Lake, Ontario.
