Wiley's Seaplane Port (FAA LID: 2OG3) is a seaplane base on the Willamette River in Lake Oswego, Oregon, within metropolitan Portland, Oregon. It had been run by Dave Wiley for over 30 years.
Dave Wiley was killed in a float plane crash on July 28, 2007.
