The new, all-purpose stadium is currently under construction on the west end of the Oak Harbor High School campus in Oak Harbor. Construction is set to be completed in June 2007. The new stadium will replace the aged Memorial Stadium currently located on Whidbey Avenue.

Started in January 2007, the Wildcat Memorial Stadium is being built by Ebenal General Contracts of Bellingham It is expected to be complete in time for use during the 2007 football season.
