[edit] Lancet's scale on Cannabis (drug)

This is a huge misnomer. It is not Lancet's scale, it is the authors, the title of the article is "Development of a rational scale to assess the harm of drugs of potential misuse". If you object to calling it a "rational scale" just call it a "relationship between physical harm and addiction of drugs". I really do not see any reason for associating the publications name with the scale.
