Introduction needs work. "General William Wallace Momyer was commander of the U.S. Air Force Tactical Air Command." When? What conflicts did he participate in? Why is he significant or notable? When was he born, and when did he die? All of these things should be in the first sentence or two or three. LordAmeth 21:33, 30 October 2006 (UTC)
