Just marked this as copyright violation. No doubt William Vacchiano needs to be written; he's a major figure. But we can't just copy from Juilliard's pages. Perspective 18:15, 11 April 2006 (UTC)

Thank you for catching this. When I created this stub, I just intended to cite a few basic facts, for which I reviewed a number of sources including the Julliard article you found. I hadn't realized how closely I had followed that particular source, echoing not only the same order of names and organizations, but also some of the same phraseology. It really was newly-written, but I was apparently ill-served by my memory. My apologies; I will be more vigilant in future. Trevor Hanson 19:25, 17 August 2006 (UTC)
