It says that because the ammunition used was Federal Hydrashock that the shhoter intended to kill. He was shot three times- I'd have thought that was obvious. 172.159.230.19 20:54, 21 January 2007 (UTC)
I agree. It is a leap of logic to say that the type of bullet is by itself an indicator of intent to kill. It smacks of media sensationalism, like the "cop killer bullet" stories of the early 90s. SquareWave 02:21, 19 June 2007 (UTC)
