I have removed the prod tag. An attorney in the extremely important 1950 case is notable, and his career easy to document, even if Google was not yet around at the time. If it is still thought suitable for deletion, try AfD. DGG 02:24, 9 January 2007 (UTC)

I'd love to not have to delete it but I am not sure multiple nontrivial sources are available. Case may have been important, but we still would need sources about the attorney. I'll hold off on AfD for a week or so. crz crztalk 04:23, 9 January 2007 (UTC)
