This is from the front of a small book I have, "Personal Reminiscenses of the Martyred President Abraham Lincoln", published by the Grand Army Hall and Memorial Assiciation of Illinois in 1908, with copyright to William Jayne. I think this is now out of copyright, and so I offer the scanned photo of the author to Wikipedia. There is a signature under the photo, which I've removed. (Yours truly W Jayne). The back of the book has
