This image is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (DCGeist) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

  1. it is a very low resolution copy of a single page from a 25-page score of one of the most significant works by a significant U.S. composer;
  2. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the score in any way;
  3. copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the score;
  4. it could not be used to perform the piece or even the represented portion of it because of its low-resolution; and
  5. the image is significant because it illustrates the nature of Ornstein's historically innovative use of tone clusters in his piano compositions, as discussed in the article; the low resolution of the image, which makes it impossible to appropriate for commercial use, actually increases the visual effect of the density of notes, which is the point of the image
