See WP:1.0 and related discussion of toolchains to use. user:BozMo and User:Wikiwizzy both have their own private toolchains that combine db-exports and link review across a subset. KsanaWiki, Andy Sisson, and Adam Brandi had their hand in related tools, but no published code from those projects to date. +sj +
