Makes plaintext [[wikilinks]] and {{templates}} clickable. It's made for monobook.js pages and the like, so you can click on things instead of copying and pasting, but is useful elsewhere for convenience.

It's not perfect, and probably screws up some places. Please fix it and make it better.
