This article about a phenomen which is a breaking news item has been added to WikiProject Timeline Tracer. I didn't want to add the {{UpdateWatch}} banner as it states "This article has been identified as having outdated content or sources." Still, I believe it would be appropriate for this project to keep a watch on this story as more news reports may need to be integrated.
