Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Spam/LinkReports/quitecontrarian.com
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I am the owner of this site. Over a year ago, I added a lot of information to a stub about contrarian investing. I also added a link to an article on my site which discussed the same subject matter in more detail. I certainly wasn't trying to spam - I was simply linking to relevant content. Wikipedia links aren't particularly useful for promotion anyway.
My site is perfectly respectable. Articles from my site have appeared in Forbes, the Huffington Post, Seeking Alpha, and Yahoo Real Estate. I don't sell anything. I have single adsense block, and that's it. The site is not commercial in nature.
I added a link precisely once, and note that it's still there. I most certainly did not re-add it, so I'm guessing it was never removed in the first place. I will be happy to remove it personally if you still consider it objectionable.
So, respectfully, is there any way I can have myself removed from this list?
