Amy Cohen Banker is a member and interested in biography. Her article is written by colleagues and primary sources. I can be interviewed directly at any time. My sites were removed when they were all veifiable. Is this a problem for other articles. I used to work as a journalist and it is so easy to go to the pimary source. How does one write a critical biography about a living person. Interview their friends, colleagues, look at current references. All this is so easy. Especially someone like me who is here in NYC and has worked with top masters at top institutions. References are so easy to check and here seems more difficult for some than job applications. Not sure why this was left here, but you should leave the above on the talk page for the article in question. Primary sources in itself are not an issue, they just need to be verifiable. See WP:OR and WP:RS --plange 00:15, 9 October 2006 (UTC)

Is there any objection to removing the WikiProject Biography template from the Members Page? Its presence creates a huge visual gap on the page, and it seems to me that it isn't really needed since it's right there on the main WikiProject Biography page. Cgingold 08:27, 10 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Permission to Join the project

I am a leading authority in the uk on Romany/Traveller life, history and language, and have written articles on Romany life on wikipedia, I have found problem with this due to, that most Romany history is passed down by word, and not written, due to many Romany folk not being able to read. I believe it is important for the history of this small ethnic group to be on wikipedia. I also want to write short boi's similar to the one on the Don adams Page, but again have had problem and work deleted even when I have added web content to show veriable. I believe that being a part of the wikipedia boi project I will alot to add of value to all.
