Follow these simple rules to know if you should create an article about a website. Your website should meet the majority of this criteria.

  • You have known this site for as long as you can remember
  • It seems to be very popular
  • It has a Google PageRankTM of 8 or above
  • It has been in the news
  • You have heard at least 5 people talking about it

If you are not sure, post your proposal on the proposal subpage.

[edit] What if my website belongs to a company, and there is already an article on Wikipedia about the company?

  • Create a new article, naming it company.com .
  • If the company's name happens to be company.com, create a new article, naming it company.com (Website)
