The Life on Mars Wikiproject Newsletter Issue 1 - January 2008

Whatever's happened, its like I've landed on a different planet." - Sam Tyler Project news The project was started this month! Well done to Police,Mad,Jack and J. Naven for getting the project off the ground. To do Character profiles, such as Gene Hunt, Sam Tyler, Annie Cartwright and Phyllis Dobbs need expanding. Lesser known characters but still of importance, like Nelson, DC Chris Skelton and DS Ray Carling still need expanding.

New members Police,Mad,Jack, J. Naven, Bevo74, Tphi, GusF, WeBuriedOurSecretsInTheGarden, Rotring, Badwolftv, Theelf29 and Wolfmankurd are the first members.

Don't ever waltz into my kingdom acting king of the jungle." - Gene Hunt Project news Ashes to Ashes begins airing on BBC One and BBC Four this month: the project's volunteers could help out with all of these articles as well. Unfortunately there is no change in the volume of good articles in the project. A list of Life on Mars and Ashes to Ashes has been created and Alex Drake's article has been made. To do Character profiles, such as Gene Hunt, Sam Tyler, Annie Cartwright and Phyllis Dobbs are close to good article status, with a bit of work, we can do it. Lesser known characters but still of importance, like DC Chris Skelton and DS Ray Carling still need expanding or creating. Everything Ashes to Ashes should be worked on.

New members Llamafish, Gingerclan, Gogorox93, Kaid100, Onshore, Yukichigai and Jamesgibbon joined in January. Theelf29 has left the project.
