  • Horse racing, see also Thoroughbred horse race and harness racing. Also does not appear to be an article on Quarter Horse racing, and nothing at all on other breeds that race, such as Paints, Appys and Arabians. (and probably other breeds worldwide)
  • Rodeo - HUGE list of see alsos and external links. Massive risk of POV issues if you try to cleanup so be warned. Also needs to have history and professional rodeo "political" sections moved over to either PRCA or to History of rodeo]. Basically, don't add anything you can't footnote. PETA types have started edit wars that have gotten this page locked down and users blocked.
  • Dressage, article isn't bad, just put together by people who add individual sections that aren't too bad, but no one has been looking at the article as a whole.
  • Classical dressage. Was split off by those favoring the baroque horse styles of animal, and those who take issue with modern competitive dressage. I think there may be a place to make "Dressage" a simple overview of general concepts, then split off a new article (maybe titled "competitive dressage" as well as the classical dressage article. JMO...
  • Two-point and jumping position, these two articles being separate has been driving me nuts, should be merged into a broader article on the overall topic of the "forward seat". However, also a land mine here, given that the H/J crowd howls at the thought of incorporating this into hunt seat in part because hunt seat is, apparently, a concept only used in the USA (thanks to the existence of the English riding discipline of Saddle seat, I suppose.)
  • Horse breaking. Disaster from the get go. Would like to just blank it and redirect to Horse training which is, by design, intended to be a simple, broad overview of basic concepts that does not go into any significant how to detail or address any particular school. Horse breaking is basically a really bad article started by the NH crowd that rambles all over the place.
  • Working cow horse - Look at all the pretty tags...
