Here are some tasks you can do:

• Assess! There are still loads of articles in Category:Unassessed Discworld articles. Grab a page, take a look at the article, and rate it on the assessment scale. Then edit the article and add |class=whatever to the{{WikiProject Discworld}} banner. A lot of the articles may also need reassessing: if you bring up a "B-Class" article, but it doesn't look very comprehensive to you, don't hesitate to reassess it.
• Tag A lot of our articles need cleaning up in one form or another to comply with relevant wikipedia policies. Have a look at one of our articles and see if it needs cleaning up; then add the relevant parameter to the {{WikiProject Discworld}} banner on the talk page. See Wikipedia:WikiProject Discworld/Cleanup for more details of what to tag and how.
• Recruit! A WikiProject can't possibly be useful without an active and growing membership. Pratchett's works are read and enjoyed by thousands of people across the world: there must be Wikipedians who are keen and knowledgeable about Discworld, but haven't joined the project yet. Find them!!
• Cleanup Having tagged our articles for cleanup above, we then need to actually do the cleaning! Pick an article from Category:In-universe Discworld articles, Category:Discworld articles to be merged or Category:Discworld articles needing an infobox and fix the problem!
• Discuss There are scores of things that need to be done, and a WikiProject must be a collaborative effort. Visit the project talk page and discuss what needs to be done next!
