[edit] No personal attacks

Please see Wikipedia's no personal attacks policy. Comment on content, not on the contributor; personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Note that continued personal attacks may lead to blocks for disruption. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. 23:48, 12 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Hi

Thanks for the comments, but I'm not an admin so I don't seem to qualify under the definition you've provided at Wikinazi. Can I suggest you have a good read of WP:RS so you can understand what standards are being applied to the (non)inclusion of Lostpedia? Take care, Ziggurat 03:37, 13 July 2006 (UTC)

If you can find some reliable sources (per the link I gave above) then it's perfectly legitimate to ask for a deletion review of the article. Without them, I'm afraid that it's very unlikely to be undeleted, and having given the subject a quick check myself I can't find any such sources except for this one, which isn't enough on its own. Good luck, Ziggurat 03:49, 13 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Thanks for our page. We love it!

Dear Wikipediastar, thank you for constructing a Wikipedia page for our short film Sissy Frenchfry. We are not experienced Wikipedia users, so we really appreciate the effort you've put in to create and maintain this article. I moved the page to Sissy Frenchfry, with both words capitalized. I also added a few changes today (synopsis, cast, and distributor), but other than that the page is coming along nicely. Please let me know if you would like to continue to maintain the page, or if you have any questions.

Best regards,
Joe Brouillette

[edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:Sissyfenchfryposter.gif)

Thanks for uploading Image:Sissyfenchfryposter.gif. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. [edit] Plastech Engineered Products

A "{{prod}}" template has been added to the article Plastech Engineered Products, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but yours may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice explains why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. [edit] Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Plastechlogo.jpg

Thank you for uploading Image:Plastechlogo.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this image under "fair use" may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the image description page and add or clarify the reason why the image qualifies for fair use. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a fair use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for images used under the fair use policy require both a copyright tag and a fair use rationale.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it might be deleted by adminstrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 14:45, 8 March 2008 (UTC)
