Things to keep in mind when creating articles about small companies:

  • If the article is not original text, you need permission from the copyright holder.
  • People will edit the articles to remove promotional language and conform to a neutral point of view. This may take the article in directions you did not expect.
  • Excessive external linking will be regarded as spam and removed.
  • Articles that appear to be created solely as advertising for a small company might be put up for deletion.
