A tag has been placed on Image:Kripaluji maharaj 13.png requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Request reason: "I already explained that I am not Sven99. I have not uploaded copyright material. The reason given for banning me is that we both upload the same material, i already said that the images were taken by us. Sven was banned for uploading his own work. So I uploaded the same. At the time i didnt understand the wikipedia copyright policy so i may not have followed the correct procedure for uploading, but its not a reason for stopping me from editing."

Decline reason: "I'm sorry, images are taken by one person. That both of you claim to have taken the exact same image indicates either you are the same person or one or both of you is not being truthful about having taken the photograph. That the images appear to come from here, and as that site is marked as being copyrighted and not licensed under the terms you claim, indicates that you are indeed violating copyright. Note, though, that it is entirely possible that you are involved with running that site, in which case you can place a notice on the site indicating that the images are licensed under these terms. In that case, you would have to refrain from editing articles about Maharaji Kripalu, etc., as per WP:COI. But in any case, you admit to uploading images on behalf of Sven, a blocked user, and thus are indeed an abusive sockpuppet account, see WP:SOCK and WP:BLOCK.
