[edit] Main page rearrangement

I have rearranged the main project page:

• Removed toc - So that we can encourage more work on the page and future members to read the page.
• Moved members section - To the bottom of the page as its not normal to place it in the middle of the page.

I have also moved some other parts of the page, I hope its better now. Unisouth 12:26, 12 October 2006 (UTC)
