Upgrading my own stubs on these consuls

   * Tiberius Sempronius Gracchus (consul 238 BC) created 8 June 2007; needs succession boxes, citations, sources, and more details from Livy etc.
   * Tiberius Sempronius Gracchus (consul 215 and 213 BC) created 22 May 2007, needs additional work
   * Publius Sempronius Tuditanus - needs citations, sources, succession boxes. Last edited 16 May 2007.
   * Publius Furius Sp.f. Philus - needs citations, sources, succession boxes. Last edited 18 April 2007.

All consuls mentioned for the Second Punic War in
