The use of a low resolution version of this screenshot constitutes fair use on the WikiMapia article because:

• The low resolution nature of the image prevents reuse which could infringe on the commercial benefit of the copyright owner;
• The subject of the image is critically discussed by the article;
• The copyright holder had willingly published the materials displayed in the image so that they may be freely accessed by the general public.
