Definitely hard to believe. It seems that the person who installed the infobox found the minimum flow value, changed liters to cubic meters (which raises the value by a factor of 1000), and put that into the infobox as the mean value. Bleah. With friends like these we don't need enemies...

In fact, we don't (yet) know the average flow of this river, so I just deleted this entry from the infobox.
