1. This is a screenshot for the computer real time tactics game World in Conflict. 2. This screenshot is used in the World in Conflict article on Wikipedia for informative use of the product involved(in this case, the computer game, World in Conflict). 3. The usage of this image in Wikipedia does not prevent the copyright holder(in this case, Sierra Entertainment) from exercising the rights granted to it by the copyright laws around the world; Nor does it infringe upon any of its rights. 4. The usage of video game covers in Wikipedia is covered under the U.S. laws as fair use. 5. The usage of a free substitute is totally unacceptable as it would not amount to identification of the product involved. 6. The usage of this image in Wikipedia is purely of an informative nature.
